[This part seems pretty much sound based rather than meaning based as not all the words seem to make much sense. However, the general meaning is that they are asking lot of things to fly.

Gulchharra uRana means to have fun, rasbarra is probably 'full of juice', juicy, bulburra should be bulbula, a bubble, Tharra is raw liquor, not sure I heard that one right, maar chharra would mean hit the bullet. sur could be a musical note, or just a sound effect. 'ho aatur, jai narpur, jai jai phurrr' would be something like 'be eager, hail city of humans, hail phurrr'.]
